Had a good time with otherworldent.us. Fun setup, kept us into it most of the night. A couple parts dragged a bit, but nothing major. Solid overall and worth a look if you want something different.

The staff was really friendly and easy to talk to!! They answered my questions without making anything feel awkward, which I really appreciated. I’m giving 4 stars because things could’ve moved a little faster, but overall it was a good experience

To me, the whole place had such a cool vibe. The lights, sounds, and different rooms all made it really easy to forget we were just walking around inside a building. My friends and I kept stopping just to look around and take everything in. I found it super fun and way more immersive than I expected.

I didn’t go into otherworldent.us expecting anything huge, I just didn’t want to spend a bunch of money and end up regretting it, you know? But the prices actually felt reasonable, and the whole ordering thing was simple enough that I wasn’t sitting there second-guessing everything. Nothing came off as weird or overpriced, which I definitely appreciated. And the quality was better than I figured it would be for what I paid. So yeah, overall I’m happy with it and I’d probably order from them again

Booking the tickets was quick and hassle-free. it’s just nice when a company makes a basic process simple and treats people’s time with a little respect

I found the place right away, which I always appreciate—no circling the block or double-checking the address three times. Parking was super easy too, with plenty of room to pull in without doing that awkward tiny back-and-forth adjustment.

I tried using the site on my phone, it was kind of a pain. The text felt really cramped, navigation wasn’t very smooth, and some of the safety info wasn’t explained clearly. Overall, I just didn’t feel that comfortable using it.

I thought it was cool overall. The wait felt kind of long, but maybe I just went at a busy time. Once I got inside, it was still fun and worth checking out.

The place felt kind of run down. Compared to other spots I’ve been to, it just didn’t seem as well kept. The floors looked dirty, and there were a few broken things around that made it feel like it hadn’t been maintained very well.

The product itself was fine, no major complaints there, but dealing with support was frustrating. I had a simple question and it took way longer than I expected to get a reply. When they finally got back to me, the response felt rushed and kind of copy-pasted, like they didn’t really read what I asked. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but the customer support definitely needs some work.
